Oskar Zięta

Blade Lighting

BLADE is a minimalist linear pendant light designed by Oskar Zięta, shaped in stainless steel by proprietary FiDU technology. This version in polished stainless steel finish reveals all the mastery of the controlled deformation process. Dynamic Tuneable White color temperature allows for a smooth transition from 4000K to 2200K, adapting to natural circadian rhythms. Compatible with WiZ and DALI home automation systems, BLADE combines functionality and pure aesthetics. Available in four lengths (130, 160, 190 and 270 cm), each piece bears the unique imprint of the FiDU process, where the deformation of the steel creates singular and irreproducible shapes.

Oskar Zięta, architect, process designer and artist, is the founder of Zieta Studio. It creates single-material, lightweight and durable objects, thanks to its patented FiDU technology, which deforms flat metal membranes into 3D shapes by internal pressure. His works, such as the Plopp stool and the Ultraleggera chair, are considered "furniture of the future" by Wired magazine. Zięta has received numerous awards, including the Red Dot Design Award and the German Design Award, and his works are exhibited in prestigious museums such as the Center Pompidou and the Pinakothek in Munich.
