WIR is a monumental stainless steel public sculpture designed by Oskar Zięta, embodying the first manifesto of large-scale FiDU technology. Five undulating profiles intertwine like water currents, referencing natural swirls. Its shape was created by parametric design, with several generations of profile arrangements before the final shape was selected. The thin, tapered profiles give the sculpture a delicate appearance despite its actual scale. Light reflects beautifully off its countless surfaces, transforming the surrounding space.

Oskar Zięta, architect, process designer and artist, is the founder of Zieta Studio. It creates single-material, lightweight and durable objects, thanks to its patented FiDU technology, which deforms flat metal membranes into 3D shapes by internal pressure. His works, such as the Plopp stool and the Ultraleggera chair, are considered "furniture of the future" by Wired magazine. Zięta has received numerous awards, including the Red Dot Design Award and the German Design Award, and his works are exhibited in prestigious museums such as the Center Pompidou and the Pinakothek in Munich.
