Learning Purposelessness explores the paradox of the search for meaning in a world in perpetual transformation. This major work measuring 170x240cm reflects Vasmoulakis' philosophy of voluntary abandonment of goal as a path to deeper understanding. The Greek artist deploys his characteristic visual language here, mixing gestural abstraction and references to urban subcultures. Beeswax mixed with oil gives the surface an almost meditative quality, inviting the viewer to get lost in the layers of colors and shapes. Trained in Athens and Prague, Vasmoulakis draws from a rich cultural repertoire to create works that transcend geographical and conceptual boundaries. Original work signed by the artist.
