Loveseat made up of U-shaped turns and L-shaped turns of a flexible cylinder, this generous piece measures 61×91.4×61cm. The form is rigid yet padded, creating a double seat that retains the sculptural integrity of the individual pieces. Covered in a custom wool and silk blend designed to accentuate the curvature of shapes, the fabric creates a continuous surface that highlights the fluid nature of the piece. Weighing 22.7kg, this loveseat has a substantial presence while maintaining visual elegance. Available in burnt orange, jade, walnut, mauve or custom colors, offering a rich palette for different interiors. The construction incorporating fabric, foam and steel ensures comfort and durability. Each piece is made to order with a lead time of 10 to 12 weeks in Ara Thorose's New York workshop. This loveseat demonstrates how its formal language adapts to create multiple seating areas.
Manufacturing time: 10-12 week(s)
Each piece is handcrafted using natural materials, giving it its own distinct character. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur from piece to piece. These variations are inherent to the artisan process and add to the uniqueness of each creation.
