A side table made up of U-shaped turns and L-shaped turns of a soft cylinder, this piece measures 61×61×61cm, creating an elegant cubic shape. The shape is rigid but padded, covered in a custom wool and silk blend designed to accentuate the curvature of the shapes. The selected fabric offers tactile and visual richness that evolves according to the ambient light. The table surface integrates glass and upholstered shapes in a harmonious balance. Weighing 15.9kg, this side table has substantial stability. Available in burnt orange, jade, walnut, mauve or custom colors, offering a rich palette for different interiors. Each piece is made to order with a lead time of 10 to 12 weeks in the artist's studio in New York. This table demonstrates how Ara Thorose applies her sculptural language at different scales.
