A table made up of U-shaped towers and L-shaped towers of a flexible cylinder, this architectural piece measures 121.9×80×80cm. The shape is rigid but padded with custom neoprene, creating a unique tactile surface. The surface of the table is a glass box proportioned to the neoprene tubes, establishing a dialogue between transparency and opacity, between hardness and softness. Weighing 45.4kg, this table has a substantial presence that anchors any space. Produced in a limited edition of 8 copies, each piece is numbered and signed. Available in black, gray or custom colors, allowing adaptation to different environments. Made to order with a lead time of 10 to 12 weeks in Ara Thorose's New York workshop. This piece demonstrates the artist's ability to integrate glass and sculptural form into distinctive functional furniture.
