Elua 02 completes the dual vision initiated with Elua 01, forming a harmonious sculptural pair. This work from 2025 (37x19x20cm) in sandstone with metal leaf shares the same technical approach as its twin, while asserting its own personality with slightly more generous dimensions. Applying metal foil to the ceramic surface creates areas of shine that capture and reflect ambient light, livening up the room throughout the day. The hand-editing technique allows Hanna Heino to explore organic, asymmetrical shapes that evoke abstract natural elements. Presented together, Elua 01 and Elua 02 create a balanced composition where similarities and differences respond in a refined sculptural dialogue.
